With Fluffy Stuff, we aimed to capture the essence of fluffy clouds in a hazy IPA. By adding lactose sugar during the boil, we achieved a creamy mouthfeel that sits beneath a bountiful blend of Simcoe, Azacca, Citra, Mosaic, and Centennial hops added during the dry-hopping stage. This results in a perfectly balanced and oh-so-fluffy IPA. Go ahead—give those clouds a hug!  *Contains Lactose*
