Originating in the town of Naples, pizza as we know it today was made popular by the Italian baker, Raffaele Esposito. Napoli, a town known for its vibrant and bustling way of life, became the epicenter for the classic Neapolitan style pizza, adorned with the colors of the country in which the pizzaiuolos (pizza makers) were proud to live. From this rich history births the inspiration for how we strive to elevate our craft pizza.
While they say Rome is the heart of Italy, Naples, nicknamed Citté Del Sole (City of the Sun), is the soul. Similarly our passion for high-quality ingredients and unrivaled ambition to craft the perfect pie breathes a bit of soul into what we share with our customers. Deemed Levante Solé (Rising Sun), our custom wood-fired pizza oven was named to give nod to the city of Napoli, evoking images of rising dough and the intense heat of the ovens. From our passion to the ingredients to the heat of the wood-fired oven, our mission is to craft the most authentic and full-sensory experience for our guests.
