Adaptogenic takes its name from a term once used to describe herbs and mushrooms known for helping the body resist biological stress. Brewed with Citra, Idaho 7, Azacca, and Centennial hops, this hazy IPA unfolds with smooth notes of orange blossom honey and lemon incense, wrapped in bright aromatics that evoke walking barefoot through sun-dappled moss.

This beer also nods to our roots—our brewery once operated as an indoor mushroom growhouse. No 'shrooms were used in the making of this beer, but Adaptogenic is definitely a fun-guy. 🍄
