Essential Citrus, Zazen dry-hopped Pilsner, Cloudy & Cumbersome Can Release

Essential Citrus, Zazen dry-hopped Pilsner, Cloudy & Cumbersome Can Release

February 15th, 2018

Cloudy & Cumbersome is back in cans today alongside “Essential Citrus” NE DIPA and “Zazen” a dry-hopped Pilsner. Taproom opens at 4, wristbands available at 4, can sales commence at 6. Fantastic food provided by Nick’s Roast Beef.

“Essential Citrus” NE DIPA – 8.3% – 57 IBU in cans this Thursday. We pulled the plug, and screwed the cap off this Florida orange double IPA. Fresh-pressed hops are fragrant with notes of strawberry, tangelo, and pineapple. Thanks to a hazy New England yeast strain, expect moderate pulp in this hydrating adult beverage.

“Zazen” – 4.2% Dry-Hopped Pilsner
Zazen is our meditation on the classic German style Pilsner, with Pacific inspiration. This cross-continental melding will appeal to the Pilsner purist as well as the modern day hop-head. After a traditional and clean lagering period, Zazen is delicately dry-hopped with Citra and Japanese Sorachi Ace hops. Inhale… balanced malt complexity and hop notes of chopped lemongrass and steeping green tea… exhale Zazen.

Essential Citrus – 126 cases – $18/4 pack, 3 – 4 packs per person
Zazen – 80 cases – $14/4 pack – 1 case per person
Cloudy – 135 cases – $16/4 pack and 3 – 4 packs per person

If you’ve got a wristband, you’re ensured full allotments of each beer at 6. Please pick up your cans at 6 because we’ll immediately open up remaining can sales to those without a wristband.
